Terms of Service

These terms cover use of CareerKitHub at careerkithub.com. CareerKitHub is a different, independent site. It is not CareerKit.me.

What you can use

Each account gets one free review. That review compares your CV with one job advert and explains what is evidenced, what needs clarifying, and what is missing. It does not include the tailored draft.

Further tailored applications are one-off digital credits. One application is $4.99. Five applications are $14.99. Prices are in US dollars. There is no subscription, and nothing renews. Editing and repeat downloads of an application you have already paid for are included.

Digital content and cancellation

A review and a tailored draft are digital content, supplied as soon as you ask for them. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. By starting a review, or by generating a tailored draft, you ask us to supply that digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the 14-day cancellation right for the review or draft once it has been used.

Unused credits can be refunded if you ask within 14 days of paying for them and you have not used them. If the content you paid for is faulty, for example the review or download fails and we cannot put it right in a reasonable time, contact us and we will refund that purchase or supply it again. Your CV

You confirm that the CV and job text you provide are yours to use. The rewrite is meant to stay with your real experience. You check every claim before you send a CV to an employer. We do not guarantee an interview or a job.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in them removes rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to exclude.
