CV Bullet Point Builder

Bullet points carry most of a CV. They should show what you did, how you did it, and what changed, using only facts you can stand behind. This free builder turns a rough note into a clearer bullet for any job role. It is free, and you do not need an account.

Bring a real task, not a job title. “Responsible for customer email” becomes stronger when you add the volume, the kind of problem, and the outcome you actually saw. If you do not have a number, do not invent one. Scope is enough: how many people, how often, or what the work was for.

Keep one idea in each bullet. Start with a verb, name the work, and stop before the sentence becomes a paragraph. Match words from the job advert only when they describe your experience. The same shape works for retail, healthcare, engineering, administration, education and every other field. The presets are examples, so rewrite them in your own words.

When a few bullets feel solid, check the whole CV against one advert with a free review.
