CareerKitHub (careerkithub.com) is not CareerKit.me. This page explains the checklist signup. It is not a full legal policy for every part of the site.

Checklist and weekly email

If you tick the box and submit the form, we send HubSpot only two things: your email address, and the time you opted in. HubSpot is the processor that stores that address so we can email you the Job-ready CV checklist and a weekly jobs email. We do not ask for your name, phone number, or CV on that form, and we do not log the address on our servers.

You can unsubscribe from any of those emails. HubSpot's own retention and backup rules still apply to the address they store.

If you create an account

A CV review is separate from this signup. If you upload a CV, the file is processed in memory and not stored. Extracted text, the job advert, and the results are saved to your account. With your consent, that text is sent to Anthropic for the review and rewrite. You can delete an application from your workspace. Provider retention and backups still apply.
